Date/Time Event Details Saturday February 4, 2012 3:00PM - 6:30PM Chinese New Year Clebration HRFCC's 10th Annual Chinese New Year Celebration - Year of the Dragon.  Reservation forms will be mailed out in early December. Saturday May 5, 2012 11:00AM-1:00PM Spring Kite Fest HRFCC's Annual Spring Kite Festival.  This year, our Kite Fest will be held at Mt. Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach.  The shelter number will be announced as we get closer to May 5.  HRFCC will be providing the charcoal and drinks, just bring hamburgers or hot dogs for your family and a side dish to share with everyone.
