2010 HRFCC Kite Festival Each spring Hampton Roads Families with Children from China holds a kite festival. The location of the festival
varies, and it has been held as far west as Sleepy Hole Park in Suffolk and as far east as Little Island Park near Back Bay
in Virginia Beach. This year's festival was at Little Island and here are a few pictures submitted by HRFCC president
